HI! Thanks for checking out my site! My name is ReVaH Loring. I grew up on Cape Cod MA. During high school, I was very sick. After 2 years of a various clinical tests, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The CFS began to fade as I graduated from Cape Cod Community College with an Associates in Arts/Dance. After college I moved to Albuquerque NM. In 2006 I became ill with a new illness, Multiple Sclerosis. I used pharmaceuticals for 5 years to help with symptoms .
Then I started to look for more natural healing possibilities. I found Ayurveda and meditation and so many other healing modalities. I always knew there was something else out there that could be greater than choosing sickness all the time. In 2018 I became certified as an Access Bars® Practitioner. Since practicing Ayurvedic traditions and using the tools of Access Consciousness, I can now say I USED to have MS. In August 2024, I completed the Level 1 GYROTONIC Teaching Training and recently a GYROKINESIS apprentice. I would like to share this gift of choice for health, happiness, and presence with as many people who are ready to try something different! I empower people with questions, body processes, energy healing, and verbal processing. What else is possible now and for the future?
Aside from Wellness assistance, Zumba and Gyrotonic, I can be hired to help with Microsoft computers and android phones.
I created over 12 Flash Mobs in Albuquerque. One for a marriage proposal, one for a memorial service, summer fests and wine festivals. I teach and join in Thrill the World Dance every year.
For over 10 years I have taught Zumba Fitness. Currently I teach Zumba at UNM-Continuing Education and UNM in ABQ NM.
